Produced in Friuli since ancient times, Ribolla Gialla had by the 16th century acquired such prestige that princes exchanged it as a gift. Star-bright straw in colour with an elegantly intense bouquet, Ribolla Gialla is vibrant and poised on the palate. Accompanies subtle fish or seafood dishes. Serve as an aperitif at 10 °C or at 12 °C with food.
