Pinot Grigio

The grape is called “grey” for the colour of its rose-hued to purplish skin. Straw yellow with fleeting ash-grey highlights. Intense, distinctive bouquet. Its firm, long-lingering flavour makes Pinot Grigio a fine partner for soups, risottos and boiled meats. Serve at a temperature of 12 °C.
