Colli Orientali del Friuli
One of the most celebrated wines in the region. Friulano’s distinctive straw yellow is shot through with greenish highlights while its signature aromatics reveal a restrained hint of almondiness. Full-bodied, dry and well-balanced on the palate. Outstanding as an aperitif or as a partner at table for fish-based dishes and grilled white meats. Friulano is particularly well-suited to prosciutto crudo, Friuli’s air-cured ham, whether plain or smoked. Serve at a temperature of 10 °C as an aperitif and 12 °C at table.
